Buzzer
The buzzer beeps for 0.1 second at a time. These beep sounds are combined in various
ways, as shown below, to indicate different meanings. In the following table, each

stands for one beep.

trouble A carriage error has occurred.
error No beeps. (Indicators blink sequentially in the
clockwise direction.)

Paper was not present at the start of a
self-test.
A sheet could not be ejected from the
CSF.

Change the lever again or remove the
paper in the path to stop the sound.

dump, default setting, or power-on)
CSF bin -1 selected.
Micro feed .

The adjusted value set with micro feed
is the same as the factory setting value
(loading position or tear-off position).
