Each press of the [ASPECT] key cycles the aspect ratio of the input source image in one of the
sequences shown below.
HDMI (PC) or RGB input source:
HDMI (DTV) or Component input source:
Select “Normal” to maintain the original aspect ratio of the input source image, and “Full” to project
the maximum size image that will fit within the target screen. The “Letter Box” option resizes the
source image horizontally so it is 1280 dots wide, maintaining the aspect ratio of the source image.
The top and bottom portions of the source image are cut off so only the area in the vertical middle,
measuring 800 vertical dots, is visible in the projected image. Selecting “16:9” will resize the input
source image to an aspect ratio of 16:9 for projection.

Note that enlarging or reducing the size of an image for commercial purposes or public
presentation may infringe on the legally protected copyright of the copyright holder of the
original material.
