Vac-Bfr
Vac-Srr The AC grid voltage is exceeding the permissible range.
(„Bfr“ or „Srr“ is an internal message and is not important
for the user.) „Vac“ can also result from a disconnected
grid or a disconnected AC cable. The Sunny Boy assumes
that the public grid is down and disconnects from the grid
in order to avoid islanding.
Check the grid voltage and the grid cable connection in
the Sunny Boy enclosure. If the grid voltage is out of range
due to your local grid conditions contact the utility compa-
ny and ask, if it is possible to modify the utility conditions.
If the grid voltage is within the tolerable range and you still
observe the failure message „Vac-Bfr“ or „Vac-Srr“ contact
SMA.
