To delete probe tips
Step 1
Click the probe library button on the probe toolbar.
Step 2
Click on the plus sign next to the desired group in the left-hand box.
Step 3
Highlight the probe tip to be deleted.
Step 4
Click on the delete button.
Step 5
Click yes in the dialog box.
