Adding a Bulletin
Click Add on the bulletin management page to create a bulletin in the page shown in Figure 43 .

Groups of the Bulletin
Optional
Specify the user groups. Only users of the group can view the bulletin.
To add a user group, select it from the user group list and click Add. To
remove a user group, select it from the user groups selected and click Remove.
