IP Address to be Bound
Required
Type the IP address, which must be in the same segment as the global address
pool but cannot be an address in the global address pool. In addition, the
address must be different from the gateway address.
NOTE:
After a user logs in the IP network, the system randomly assigns an IP address from the address pool to the
virtual network card of the user by default. To make the system assign a fixed IP address to the virtual
network card, you can use the IP binding function.
Modifying an IP Binding
Select an IP binding and click Configure in the page shown in Figure 32 to modify the IP binding in the
page shown in Figure 33 . For information about the configuration items, see Table 10 .
Configuring a Static DNS Resource
Overview
After you configure a static DNS resource, the gateway assigns the configured DNS entry to the client so
that the client can use the IP address to access the target host without needing to resolve the domain
name.
Configuration Tasks
Select the Static DNS tab in the page shown in Figure 32 to enter the page shown in Figure 34 .
