CV 59 is used to adjust the Hyperlight effect’s flash rate.
Bit 0-3:
FR0-3, Flash Rate Select
Sets the overall flash rate of the Hyperlight effects.
0 = Maximum Flash Rate
:
15 = Minimum Flash Rate
