Connecting Jumpers
The Atlas 9800 main display assembly can be configured to display whole units, tenths,
hundredths, or thousandths using the following jumpers:
• K2, K4, and K6 Jumpers: Control the decimal points and their pins that must be
jumpered as shown in the following table. These jumpers do not affect the pulse output
rates or quantities communicated on the RS-485 loop. They are strictly cosmetic.
Currently, there is no software or firmware to support whole units or tenths. This means
that the K2 jumper must remain in the default OFF position (jumper pins 1-2).
• K5 and K7 Jumpers: Control the comma tail for the hundredths and thousandths
positions. If you are not in a region that requires commas instead of decimal points, leave
the K5 and K7 jumpers in the default OFF position (jumper pins 1-2).
Note: The K3 jumper is not available.
