1 Ensure power to unit has been removed and locked out.
2 Release any residual pressure through the hose nozzle into an approved container.
3 Place approved catch pan and absorbent material to catch any fuel.
4 Wearing safety goggles, carefully remove existing filter adapter. Save piping for reuse.
5 Remove and discard black gaskets that come with come with the filters.
6 Install new filter adapter (P/N 025903, rev D or later) onto piping using UL approved gas and
oil resistant pipe compound on male threads only.
Note: Placing pipe compound on female threads can force compound into piping and possibly
cause a malfunction of the equipment.
7 Install filter elements (PN/ 0259000 or P/N 0259001) using the blue fluorosilicone gaskets
(M06450B001) in the kit.
