2. Remove the documents from the collator area.
3. Move the collator plate B up in position.
4. Press the [Reset] button to reset the error and restart the job.
Fold
When a stoppage occurs in the
Fold area, remove the documents from the area as
follows:
1. Open the top cover A by pulling up the handle.
2. Remove the documents from the
Fold area.
3. Close the top cover A.
4. Press the [Reset] button to reset the error and restart the job.
Operator Troubleshooting
To resolve problems:
1. Write down the error.
2. Try to solve the problem by consulting the troubleshooting table.
3. Switch the inserter off and on again, to verify system operation.
4. When the error still occurs contact your service organization.
When contacting the service organization, you will also be asked
for the last error message and the software version of the installed
software. To determine the software version, see Viewing System
info and Software versions.
