– Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before
processing.
– The longer you process the food, the smoother the result will be.
– If you chop hard cheese or chocolate, work for a short time. It is because the ingredients
are heated excessively by chopping, they become softer and they can become cloddy.
– In excessive crushing of extremely hard food (e.g. ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans,
grain) using the sickle-shape knife it gets blunt more quickly. If this happens, sharpen
the blade of the knife.
– You can use anti-slip base
F5, G5 as a cover for the respective container to store food
(e.g. in a refrigerator).

Be careful, grater blades H10, H11, H12 are very sharp! Graters are intended for cutting,
chopping, slicing of all kinds of tough food (e.g. fruit, vegetables, mushrooms). Insert the
selected grater into holder
H9 and secure it by slight pushing (you will hear a snapping
sound). Then insert the holder into container
H (Fig. 11). Insert lid H3 on the container
and secure it (Fig. 8). Connect the drive unit to the lid (Fig. 3). Hold the drive unit and the
container firmly. Start the drive unit by pushing switch
A1. Food will be processed in about
10 seconds to 2 minute. After finishing work, remove the grater in the opposite direction.
CAUTION: The maximum time of processing is 2 minutes. Then wait for 10 to 15
minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
Recommendation
– Always add food intended for processing only after mounting the accessories.
– Always cut big pieces beforehand so that they can get into the filling hole.
– Put in the ingredients one after another and equally.
– Always move food in filling hole
H5 using pusher H6 only, move it slowly and to not push
downwards too much.
– When processing a big amount of food, make sure it does not accumulate under the
disc. Empty the bowl more often.
– If food is grated roughly (e.g. breadcrumbs), use the sickle-shaped knife for finer grinding.
