Beating adapter (C, C1 or D, D1)
It is intended for beating eggs, egg whites, whipping cream, foam, dessert creams,
instant puddings, thin sponge cake dough, mayonnaise and similar food.
Do not use
the beater for whisking tough dough!
Hold hand blender
A with your hand and put blending adapter C or D into container E
filled with food. Hold the drive unit and the container firmly. Start the beater by pushing
switch
A1. Set lower revolutions by regulating speed A2 to prevent splashing. After
about 1 minute you can increase the revolutions. When working, move the beater in the
container to process the food thoroughly. Food will be processed in about 10 seconds
to 2 minutes. After finishing work, release the switch, remove the adapter from the
container and clean it.
CAUTION: The maximum time of processing is 2 minutes. Then wait for 10 to 15
minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
Recommendation
– When beating egg whites, use eggs at room temperature. If beating is not optimal,
make sure that the beater is not greasy, or add a little lemon juice or salt.
– Before beating egg whites (minimum 2 eggs) make sure that the adapter and
the container are dry and without oil residues. Egg whites should have the room
temperature.
– Cool cream and whipping cream to at least 6 °C before processing.
