Display Menu
Performs the following tests on the printer’s display: backlight,
pixel, character set, and character.
1. Select Display.
2. Select Backlight. Press Space to toggle to On or Off.
Backlight default is Off. If set to On, remains on until
changed by the application. Press b to exit.
3. Select Pixel to determine if all pixels are functioning. Press
Space to toggle pixels on or off. One line toward the bottom
does not have its pixels set. Press b to exit.
4. Select Character Set to display the character set resident in
the printer. Press any k ey to move to the next page until all
characters have appeared. When all characters have been
displayed, the printer returns to the Display Menu.
5. Select Character test to fill the third line of the display with
the character you select by pressing that key. Press other
keys to change the display. Press b to exit.
6. Select Exit to return to the previous menu.
