Copying or Deleting Files and Folders
4. Paste the file or folder as follows:
4a. Find the destination folder in the same manner you have found
the copy folder.
Note: If you want to access a USB memory drive that is connected to your unit,
press the left arrow until you can view all of the storage devices. Use the up
and down arrows to select the USB drive. Once the USB drive is selected,
use the right arrow to view its contents. Select the desired location using the
arrows keys.
4b. Use the function arrows to go to the next available options, and
select Paste (F1/F2/F3 key).
To delete files:
1. Press ,
select System, then Utilities, and then File Manager.
2. Select the desired file or folder as
follows:
2a. Use the arrow keys to locate
the item to delete.
The up and down arrows
move within the current list;
the left and right arrows move
up or down the file tree (for
example, if you are in the
Data folder and press the right arrow button while selecting the
My Documents folder, you will access the My Documents folder
and any file within).
2b. Select the file or folder by highlighting it, then press . To select
all of the files at once, use the Sel./Unsel All function
(F1/F2/F3 key).
3. Once the item or items are selected, select Delete (F1/F2/F3 key).
4. Answer Yes (F1/F2/F3 key) to confirm the deletion.
