FITS: 2013.5-UP VW JETTA GLI & TURBO BEETLE 2.0 TSI/210HP AND 2014-UP BEETLE, JETTA & PASSAT 1.8 TSI
PARTS LIST:
1 – POWER MODULE
TOOLS REQUIRED:
1 – T25 TORX
1 – ADHESIVE BACKED VELCRO
1 – STUBBY SCREWDRIVER
1.
Recommended to install on cool engine.
2.
Remove air intake duct at radiator core
support (2) T25 Torx, one on each side of
duct.
3.
Using stubby screwdriver push in locking tap
at back side where air duct connects to air
box, then pull out duct.
4.
Remove air duct from vehicle to access
Boost sensor in Air Charge Pipe.
5.
Lift up engine cover to remove.
6.
Sensor Location: Boost sensor is on the
plastic Air Charge Pipe located between the
throttle-body and intercooler hose. MAP
sensor is on top of the intake manifold.
7.
Clean front surface of fuse box cover and
stick-on NEUSPEED Power Module with
supplied
Velcro.
Route
wire
harness
underneath air box toward MAP and Boost
sensors.
8.
Squeeze locking tap on end of MAP
connector
then
disconnect
electrical
connection.
9.
Connect NEUSPEED Power Module harness
as shown.
10. Repeat
procedure
for
Boost
sensor
connection.
11. Re-install engine cover and air intake duct.
12. NEUSPEED Power Module has a (2) position
power switch access from the back side.
Down position for Premium fuel (4PSI
increase) and up position for 100+ Race fuel
(6PSI increase).
NOTE:
Only use RACE
position when fuel in gas tank is 100 octane
or higher.
13. ECU trims will adapt within 20 miles of
driving. Happy Motoring!
