INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PART LIST:
1 – CRANK PULLEY 1 – BELT
6 – M8x16mm HEX SOCKET BOLTS
TOOLS REQUIRED: 1 – 6mm Hex Key Driver (06-07½) 1 – 16mm Wrench
1 – Ratchet Wrench 1 – T20 Torx
1 – T30 Torx (TT & A3) 1 – T40 Torx (TT)
1 – 10mm Triple Square (07½-up) 1 – Torque Wrench
NOTE: DO NOT USE PLIERS OR TOOLS THAT MAY DAMAGE OUTER PULLEY GROOVES.
DAMAGE CAUSED DURING INSTALLATION WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
CAUTION: ON 2006-07½ MODELS USE A 6MM HEX KEY ON A 3/8” RATCHET DRIVE. THE
FACTORY STRETCH BOLTS ARE SOFT AND HAVE A TENDENCY TO ROUND OUT EASILY. USE
CAUTION WHEN BREAKING BOLTS LOOSE.
1. Raise vehicle and support with jack stands or lift.
2. Remove lower engine splash guard and passenger side plastic lower inner fender liner (T20 Torx) to expose
crankshaft pulley.
3. Using a 6mm hex socket or 10mm triple square (depending on model year), to loosen six (6) bolts securing
pulley to crankshaft.
4. Using a 16mm open-end wrench, rotate square tab on top of belt tensioner toward front of vehicle and remove
belt off of alternator pulley. Release belt tensioner and remove belt from vehicle.
5. Remove crankshaft bolts and crank shaft pulley.
