(2) Stitch pattern selector
The stitch pattern selector determines the stitch you select.
NOTE:
To avoid needle or fabric damage, make sure the needle
is up and out of the fabric while selecting a stitch.
Stitch patterns are color-coded to recommended setting
zone on the stitch length control.
ZONES;
Red:
Straight, zigzag and utility stitches
Green: Geometric decorative stitches
Blue:
Built-in buttonhole

Stitch Length Dial
(D Setting mark

Turn the stitch length dial until the setting mark reaches the
desired stitch length. The higher the number the longer the
stitch. “ 0 ” means “no feed”.

Stitch Width Dial
Turn the stitch width dial until the setting mark reaches the
desired stitch width.
The higher the number, the wider the stitch width.
® Setting mark
When the stitch width is narrow, the right side of the
pattern will be cut off (model 15408).
Example: Pattern 5 Width [5]

NOTE;
Raise the needle above the fabric, when you turn the
stitch width dial.
Reverse Stitch Control
Press the reverse stitch control to sew in reverse.
