Reading cannot be displayed since it is out of the
measuring range.
Cause: coating is too thick.
Cause: measurement was not performed
correctly
Cause: erroneous normalization or calibration
Perform measurements on a specimen having a
coating thickness measurable by the instrument.
Perform measurements correctly (e.g. do not
hover with the instrument over the specimen
before or after the measurement or do not lift off
the instrument from the specimen too swiftly
after the measurement).

not performed correctly. Delete memory and perform new test series.
