Using the AC adaptor
(not included)
The AC adaptor is not included with this
model. Obtain a 4.5 V/250 mA center pin neg^
ative AC adaptor.'
1. Insert the plug at the end of the AC
adaptor cord into the 4.5 V DC in-
putjack.
2. Plug the AC adaptor unit into your
household AC power outlet.

Whenever the AC adaptor is used, the batter
ies are automatically disconnected.
•To operate on battery, unplug the AC adaptor
unit from the household AC power outlet and
the DC input jack on the unit.
•The unit is in the standby condition when the
AC adaptor is connected. The primary circuit
is always “live” as long as the AC adaptor is
connected to an electrical outlet.

stecken.

Bei Verwendung des Nefeedapters werden die Bat
terien automatisch abgetrennt.
• Um das Gerät mit Batteriespannung zu betreiben,
den Netzadapter aus der Netzsteckdose und deti
Netzadapterkabelstecker aus der Buchse 4,5V DC
IN des Gerätes ziehen.
•Das Gerät befindet sich im Bereitschaftszustand,
wenn der Netzadapter angeschlossen ist. Der
Primärstromkreis ist stets stromführend, solange
der Netzadapter an eine Netzsteckdose ange
schlossen ist.
