Meaning

The same tunnel exists.

Possible cause

With the same source and the destination address, only one tunnel can

establish.

You cannot configure the same source and destination address on
different tunnel interfaces encapsulated with the same protocol.

The source and the destination address identify a tunnel uniquely.

Solution

Use the other source address or destination address.
