Cleaning the FAX-L250
Clean your FAX-L250 regularly to keep it in good operating condition.
Follow these precautions whenever you clean the FAX-L250:
■ Before you begin cleaning the FAX-L250, be sure to print any faxes stored in its
memory. See ″ Printing Documents Received in Memory ″ on page 6-17.
■ Do not use tissue paper, paper towels, or similar materials for cleaning; they can
stick to the components or generate static charges.
Cleaning the FAX-L250 Exterior
Clean the FAX-L250 outer casing as follows.

Disconnect the power cord from the FAX-L250.

Wipe the FAX-L250 exterior with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth moistened with water or
diluted dishwashing detergent solution.
Never use thinner, benzene, alcohol, or any other organic solvent to clean the
FAX-L250, as these can damage the FAX-L250’s surface.

Plug the power cord back in.
