Reviewing the Device Configuration Settings

Press the Menu key

Choose System Settings > Device Configuration.
The following screen appears.

Change any desired settings.
Setting
Description
Set Date/Time
Current date and time.
Language
List of languages available. Changes take effect when the next screen appears.
Date Format
MM/DD/YY (month/day/year)
DD/MM/YY (day/month/year)
Time Format
24-hour or AM/PM.
Weight Unit
Kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb).
Height Unit
Centimeters (cm), inches (in), or feet and inches (ft, in).
Power-Save
On or off. When on, the electrocardiograph turns itself off after several idle minutes.
Practice ID
Name of the practice, clinic, or hospital. This ID prints on all ECG reports.
Device ID
Electrocardiograph identification. Enter up to 20 characters. This ID prints on all ECG
reports.
Audio Beeper
On or off. When on, beeps to indicate errors, such as incorrect input, improper external
connections, or a printer error. Beeps may also indicate a low battery.
Increase Contrast
Each time you select this choice, the display contrast immediately increases until you
reach maximum contrast.
Decrease Contrast
Each time you select this choice, the display contrast immediately decreases until you
reach minimum contrast.
