8.2 Calibrating a Pressure-to-Current Transmitter
To calibrate a pressure-to-current transmitter (P/I), perform the
following steps:
1. Connect the calibrator and the Source 3000 to the transmitter.
2. Apply pressure with the Condec Source 3000.
3. Measure the current output of the transmitter.
4. Ensure the reading is correct. If not, adjust the transmitter as
necessary.
