6.1.1
Usage Reports
Usage reports can be run daily weekly, monthly or yearly. Press the appropriate softkey to select which usage
report to run.

Printing a Usage Report
Use the following steps to print a usage report but do not adjust inventory during this procedure.
1. Press the
Utilities
softkey (shown in Figure 6-5 on page 41).
2. Press the
Material Usage
softkey (also shown in Figure 6-5).
3. Press the
Usage Report
softkey.
4. Press the softkey that corresponds with the report that you would like to print ie: daily, weekly monthly.
5. Wait until the
Check Printer for Report
message is displayed on the screen.
6. Press the
More
softkey to get back to the
Back to Usage Menu
softkey and keep reversing your steps to
exit back out of this parameter.
6.1.2
Adjust Inventory
Use the following steps to adjust inventory.
1. Press the
Utilities
softkey (shown in Figure 6-5 on page 41).
2. Press the
Material Usage
softkey (also shown in Figure 6-5).
3. Use the
Up
or
Down
arrows to select the product you wish to adjust.
4. Press the
Inventory Adjust
softkey.
5. Use the numeric keys on the 920i to enter your amount to adjust and press
enter
ot save that amount.
6. When done, select the
More
softkey to get
Back to the Utilities
softkey.
7. Press the
Back to the Utilities
softkey and press
Back to Main Menu
softkey to fully exit the parameter.

Clear Day Totals through Yearly Totals
Press the
Clear Day Totals, Clear Week Totals
, etc. to clear off the
Material Usage/On Hand
screen. The values shown
on the 920i will clear off to zero.
