Yes Select Yes to measure in metric units when kilograms are the primary unit of

NYSDOT Selects the desired state regulatory mode to weigh in.The CB-2 will function
slightly different to satisfy the selected state’s requirements.
Prompt for Truck ID No
Yes Selecting Yes for this option allows user to enter a character truck ID. At the
start of each batch the truck ID and driver name are then printed on the
batched ticket.
NET Mode Batching No
Yes Not used.
Split Batching Allowed No
Yes Selecting Yes for this option allows the user to split up a batch up to four
times the size of the plant.
Split Batch Even 1/4 No
Yes Selecting Yes for this option allows the system to round the draft yards to the
nearest 1/4 yard to prevent odd draft sizes.
‘Discharge’ Keypress Required Never
First Batch
Always Select one of the options when a “discharge” keypress is required.
Aggregate Conveyor Control Manual
Auto Can select between Manual and Auto of the aggregate discharge conveyor. If
Manual is selected, the CB-2 does not attempt to start the conveyor. If Auto is
selected the CB-2 turns the aggregate discharge conveyor on and off as
needed. Note: if Auto is selected, it is critical that an audible alarm and light be
wired to the system alarm output to warn that the conveyor will be started.
Maintain Conveyor Power No
Yes Select Yes to maintain power to the conveyor system when the conveyor
should be running.
Boot Control Manual
Auto You can determine if you want the discharge boot to run manually or on auto,
otherwise a start pulse is sent to start the conveyor and another stop pulse is
sent to stop the conveyor.
Pipe Line/Preweigh Next Batch No
Yes Select Yes to pipeline the next batch.
Weigh-up Dust Collecting No
Yes Select Yes to do dust collection during the weigh up cycle.
Scale Inspect Mode No
Yes Select Yes to access the batch inspect mode. The inspect mode is useful for
state inspections that want to verify under/over tolerances.
ESTOP is Fatal No
Yes EStop will automatically abort the batch if yes is selected.
Air Pressure Sensor No
Yes Select Yes if the air pressure sensor is preset and should be used as an
interlock.
Auto Correct Jog Weights No
Yes Select Yes to do an auto correction of jog weights.
Zero Tolerance Override No
Yes Select Yes to allow a zero tolerance error, at the start of a batch to be
bypassed.
