Target Discharge Rate Store
Change This value is only used when discharging by rate. The value that’s entered
here represents the desired discharge rate (flow measured in lb/s) from the
weight hopper during the discharge cycle. If configured to discharge by rate,
the CB-2 automatically opens and closes the discharge inching gate to
maintain this rate. If the truck database is used, the target discharge rate may
be increased or decreased to accommodate the truck being loaded.
Start Vibrator Weight Store
Change The value is used to determine when the exit vibrator should activate.
Wide Open Weight Store
Change This is the amount of weight remaining when the gate is wide opened. Press
Store to keep that amount or press Change to change the amount of weight.
Gate Open Time Store
Change Enter the amount of time in seconds the have the inch gate open. Press enter
to store the amount or press change to change the amount of time.
Inch Time Store
Change This is the amount of time in seconds that it takes to move the gate in an
inching mode. Press Store to keep that value or press Change to change the
amount of time.
Initial Burst Time Store
Change This is the amount of time in seconds that air will be sent to the gate.
Control Rate Filter This is the rate of change of filtering.
Discharge Rate Tolerance This is the flow rate tolerance.
Total Under Tolerance This is the lower tolerance percentage of the weighment.
Total Over Tolerance This is the upper tolerance percentage of the weighment.

Description Enter the description. Press Store to keep that description or change to
change it.
Total Yards Batched Enter the total yards batched. Press Store to keep the amount or change to
change the total yards batched.
Maximum Batch Size Enter the maximum batch size. Press Store to save the maximum batch size
or change to change the amount.
Weighment System US
Metric Enter Metric to weigh in metrics.
Price Stores the price.
Slump Enter the slump.
Mixing Time Enter the mixing time.
Ingredients Store Enter the ingredients and press store to keep that value.
Loads Select or Enter the Load ID.
