1.5 a. Cut all Horizontal members as follows:
HW-710 Horizontal to D.L.O.
HW-701 Head, HW-702 Sill, HW-732 Roll Over Horizontal, HW-733 Roll
Under Horizontal, HW-737 Filler to D.L.O. minus 1/16"
b. Drill (2) #11 - .191" holes and counter sink locate 3/4" from each end at "V" grooves
c. Slide FG-5185 Spacer Gasket into reglet on all Horizontal members cut to D.L.O. size as
shown in FIGURE 1.5b
D.L.O.
HW-710 Horizontal Mullion, (HW-701 Head,
HW-732 Roll Over Horizontal, HW-733 Roll
Under Horizontal HW-737 Filler and
HW-702 Sill will have the same fabrication
except D.L.O minus 1/16")
3/4"
Drill (2) #11 - .191" holes and
counter sink. Locate .75" from
each end of member.
