CHAPTER 6: SCALE CALIBRATION
6.1 SCALE CALIBRATION
1. Enter F menu by powering down scale. Press and hold the PRINT key while powering on the
scale until the scale displays a row of dashes (------) and beeps. Release the PRINT key. Scale
now displays F1.
2. Use the RIGHT ARROW key to move to F16 and press the DOWN ARROW key. Scale
displays C0 and then displays the zero counts. Press the ZERO key. Scale displays ZERO then
0. Press the SAVE key to accept and return to F16.
3. Use RIGHT ARROW key to go to F17. Use DOWN ARROW key to begin calibration. Scale
displays C1 then displays 0.00 with the right digit blinking. Use the LEFT ARROW key to
position the blinking cursor over the first digit of the test weight value. Use the UP ARROW
key to increment the digit to the test weight value. Place the test weight on the scale. The left
most digit blinks faster then slows. After weight has stabilized, press the SAVE key to accept
the fist cal point.
4. The scale displays SAVE, then SET then C2. Repeat step 3 for cal point 2 and cal point three.
5. To exit without performing three point calibration, press SAVE twice.
6. Scale returns to F17.
