2．HEAT SHIELD
Use this to sheild off the heat from the exhaust manifold to protect other components.
【HEAT SHIELD PREPARATION 】
1. Cut the material to match the image below of the heat shield and then stick it to the heat shield.
※ Fit the heat shield after you install the exhaust manifold.
Adjust to suit the heat shields surface.
※ Keep the left over material to use for other parts
(like Aircon piping and other cables).
【Heat Shield Around the Exhaust Manifold】
1. On the car bodies left side is the clutch line, starter motor line, on the right is the fuel line.
Use the heat proof tube and cut to suit to fit and secure in place with a cable tie.
2. Re-route the the body ground wire of the cylinder head to bypass the AC hose.
Fuel line on the right of the car.
Clutch Line on the left side of the car body
On the left side of the car is the body earth
Starter Motor wiring on the car bodys left side
