① CONNECTING ROD'S SMALL END

【TURBO & NA (When using the stock Conrods)】

Point highlighted at (1) on the small end, will come into contact
with the Piston. You'll have to grind off the end to allow
clearance.

・This is required when using the stock conrods.
Check each conrod to know how much is required to be
removed.

・Great care is required for the areas where oil is kept.

・No work is required when using the Tomei H-Beam Conrods.

【TURBO ENGINES (When using the stock Conrods)】

Grind the edge of the conrod as shown in point (2) if required.

・Check the clearance amount when using the stock conrods
on the turbo engine. Check the clearances of the conrods
when using other aftermarket brand conrods.

・This is not required when using the Tomei H-Beam conrods
or when you're installing this stroker kit on a NA engine.

② ENGINE BLOCK OIL LINE

When using the stock conrods, there will be sections of the block where it will make contact.
Make the required 1mm-1.5mm modifications to the 4 points as shown with a grinding tool, to allow the
required clearance. (Careful attention to the main gallery is required when grinding this area.)

・Confirm clearance when using the stock Conrods. When clearance cannot be confirmed
due to the design of the conrod used, you'll need to make the required adjustments to allow clearance.

・No work is required when using the Tomei H-Beam Conrods.

・Care is required so as not to cut too much material (as the oil line is behind that area).
