Installing a SAS Mezzanine Card with 2.5" HDD
Prior to installing a mezzanine card, you must first remove the sled board
from the chassis, see "Removing a Sled" on page 62.
1 Remove the mezzanine card from its static-proof packing.
2 With the PCIe connector facing up, attach the 2.5-inch SAS cable to the
SAS mezzanine card.
3 Place the mezzanine card in the mezzanine bracket.
4 Secure the card on the bracket with the provided screws.
5 Insert the linking board into the mezzanine card as shown in the following
image.
6 Secure the linking board to the bracket with the provided screw.

7 Flip the mezzanine assembly over and align over the two guide pins on the
sled, see following image.
