Removing a Speaker

 

 

 

1.

Follow the procedures in

Working on Your Computer

.


 

2.

Remove the cover of your computer (see

Removing the Computer Cover

).


 

3.

Disconnect the speaker cable from the INT_SPKR connector on the system board.

 

4.

Press the release tab and then slide the speaker down and away from the computer chassis.

 

5.

Replace the computer cover.

 

6.

Turn on power to the computer.
