Note: Autocue uses the term runorder to refer to the sequence of
items in a news broadcast. Other common terms which mean
the same include:
running order
runorder
slug list
queue
When you create a runorder, you can then create or import multiple script files to store within it.
QPro Runorder interface
The QPro runorder shows a list of the stories which will be displayed on your on-camera unit
monitor to be read by a presenter. The stories are prompted in the order they appear in the
runorder list.
An example of the QPro Runorder interface is below.
Options can be set using toolbar buttons and menus. QPro also includes fields that tell the
user key information about the scripts such as the number of words and the estimated time a
script will take to be read.

This provides a unique number for all stories in the rundown and is not
connected with the actual order of the stories in the list
Title
The title of the script
Words
A count of the number of words in each script
Link
This is the estimated time for this script to be read by a presenter based
on the set read rate, the default is 180 words per minute.
Cumul
This is the estimated duration from the start of the rundown to the end of a
particular script
Mod. Date
The last date the script was modified
Mod. Time
The last time the script was modified
Prompt
Clickin go nthe “Here” button will automatically put the scriptinto prompt
mode for that particular script
