HEADER LIFT CYLINDER STOPS
DANGER: To avoid bodily injury or
death from fall of raised header,
always engage cylinder stops before
going under header for any reason. See your
Windrower Tractor or Combine Operator's
Manual for instruction regarding the use and
storage of header lift cylinder stops.
REEL PROPS
WARNING: To avoid bodily injury
from fall of raised reel, always
engage reel props before going
under raised reel for any reason.
IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to reel support
arms, do not transport header with reel props
engaged.
Reel props are located at each reel support arm.
To engage reel props:
1. Raise reel to maximum height.
2. Move props (B) to engaged position.
3. Lower reel until props contact end frames.
NOTE: Keep pivot bolt (C) properly tightened so
prop remains in stored position when not in use,
yet can be engaged with hand force.
For 36 foot header, be sure hoses are positioned
to pass through slot (D) in center arm prop.
