Information about CPU ROM version, etc. can be checked.
■ Contents of information to be displayed are as shown below.
Operation panel version
Main CPU ROM version
Upper axis CPU ROM version
Lower axis CPU ROM version
Interface CPU ROM version
1. Press three times.
2. Select by pressing .
3. Press .
4. Check information about versions.
The version is displayed by the combination of alphabets (A ~ Z) and numerical figures (1 ~ 9).
5. Press E S C .
The previous screen is displayed again.
