1. Blade will not cut properly:

Check for proper rotation
(A)
Check for Smoothness or
“Glazing” (Dress blade if
needed)
(C)
Ensure the Blade Core is not
bent and Arbor is not out of
round
(D)
Verify the blade is correct for
the material being used
2. Movable Cutting Table Does Not Move Smoothly:

Check the Movable Cutting
Table Roller Wheel for wear
replace if necessary
(A)
Check that the Guide Bar is
clean – clean if dirty
If "Glazed" then
Dress Blade
If Blade Core is bent, or Arbor is out
of round, change blade
