MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTENANCE
1. Maintenance Following Use:
To extend the life of the MK-770 EXP, the following procedure should be performed after each use. Lubricate all
points listed below with light oils such as, 3 in 1, WD-40, etc.

Unplug MK-770 EXP
(A)
Ensure the ON/OFF Switch is
in the OFF position

Lubricate the Guide Bar

Remove the Inner Flange
(A)
Remove the Diamond Blade,
Outer Flange and Retaining
Nut
(C)
Clean and Lubricate the Inner
and Outer Flanges and the
Retaining Nut
2. Monthly Maintenance:
The following maintenance should be performed Monthly.

Assembly
GFCI
Roller Wheel
Assembly
Turn CCW Inner Flange
Inner Flange Retaining Nut
Outer Flange
