SETUP, ADJUSTMENT & OPERATION
3. Diagonal Cutting:
DO NOT FORCE THE TOOL. It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.
NOTE: To cut diagonal, the Dual 45º Flat Angle Guide (MK Diamond Part No. 134557-MK)
should be used (not Included).

Place the Dual 45º Flat Angle
Guide on the Ruler/Stop
(A)
Remove the Adjustable
Cutting Guide
(C)
Position the Dual 45º Flat
Angle Guide and tighten the
retaining thumbscrew

Turn the motor ON
(D)
Position the tile against the
Dual 45º Flat Angle Guide and
the Ruler/Stop
(F)
Verify cooling flow on both
sides of the blade
(G)
Perform the cut
(H)
Turn the motor OFF when
work is complete
NOTE: If Cutting the tile in two equal halves, align the tile in the
V-notch of the Movable Cutting Table Ruler/Stop.
