5 Installation
5.1 Information about fastening, mounting, and arrangement
TIP!
When mounting or securing a transmitter to prevent dropping, ensure that the plastic case is
not wrapped with metallic objects (e.g. chains or circlips). Non-observance will lead to im-
paired transmitter range.
TIP!
For optimum transmitter function a minimum space of 200 mm between transmitters must be
maintained.
TIP!
To prevent damage to the thermowell, do not subject the transmitter to undue force when
pushing into solid media.
