Text of calibration in the history list.
To read send after the array index 255 the UINT8 history
list index (0...9).
Without history list index you will get the last (newest) entry.
Entry format:
Answer: Index, cal-factor, phase, leak rate, year/month/
day, hour:min:sec, INT/EXT/MAN, gas type, p1, p2, on
time, probeID, S-value, temperature, cal state
