Now you can communicate directly with the HMG 3000 from your PC by selecting
“Measured values”
, “Recordings”, “Settings”, “Start recording” and “Discon-
nect” . You also have the option of conveniently processing, rendering, and evaluat-
ing the measurements you have conducted.
2.5 Connection errors
If no link is possible, this could be for the following reasons:
• Cause of error on HMG 3000
Check if the HMG 3000 is switched on and if the “USB” is set under “Settings”,
“Change Initial Setup”, “PC link”.
• Cause of error on PC
Check in the unit manager if all drivers are correctly installed. (If no drivers or only
one is installed, “HE USB Comport Bridge” is marked with a question mark.)
In this case install the drivers again. (There must always be two drivers installed!).
