11B. On the Non-Robo Arm machine remove the
remaining strap and assure the bead is in the drop cen-
ter.
12. Rotate the tabletop another 45 degrees.
13. Note that the bead lock on the tire is now at the
12:00 o’clock position. Rotate the table very slow and
the tire will move over the rim flange into position.
