6. To begin the mounting process of the top bead, it

is necessary to stage several conditions.

Robo Arm Machine (Figure - A1)

A. Position the tire valve at 90 degrees ahead of the

duckhead (6:00 o’clock).

B. Secure a strap around the tire and rim at the (9:00

o’clock) position.

C. Position the Robo Arm at 7:00 o’clock as shown.

D. Position the lift bar as shown to assure the top

bead stays under the duckhead.

Non-Robo Arm Machine (Figure - B1)

A. Position straps at the 11:00 o’clock and 7:00

o’clock position.

B. Use two lift levers as shown to assure the bead

stays under the duckhead and in the drop center.

7. Rotate the table about 30-45 degrees.

8. Stop.

9A. On the Robo Arm machine remove or loosen

the strap, use a second lift bar to assure the bead stays
under the duckhead.

9B. On the Non-Robo Arm machine remove or

loosen the strap near the duckhead and reposition the
lift bars to assure the bead is under the duckhead and
the bead is in the drop center of the wheel.

10. Rotate the tabletop another 45 degrees.

11A. On the Robo Arm machine remove the strap

and assure the bead is in the drop center.
