an instrument filled with reagent. Returned instruments must be free from toxic or
biohazardous material.
Instruments from biological applications must be sterilized.
Send your cleaned instrument to your authorized supplier.
In your package include information describing the observed fault and the liquids
which have been dispensed. For warranty claims include a copy of an invoice or
purchase order as proof of purchase.
