2. Delivery Package

Verify that you have received all the items listed. If you are missing pieces, contact
your Eppendorf distributor. Notify the supplier you purchased the instrument from
immediately if you find the instrument has been damaged in shipment.

4. Design Principle and Applicational Limitations
This instrument is designed for dispensing liquids, observing the following physical
limits:
– 15 to 40 °C for instrument and reagent
– density up to 2.2 g/cm
3
– vapor pressure up to 500 mbar
– viscosity up to 200 mm
2 /s
When the instrument is correctly used, the dispensed liquid comes into contact with
only the following chemically resistant materials:
Borosilicate glass, FEP, ETFE, PFA, PTFE, Platinum-Iridium and PVDF (closure cap).
The user is responsible for verifying to suitability of the Eppendorf Varispenser for
his application. This includes verifying the chemical compatibility of the reagent to be
used.
