Click the Attached Printers tab.

A list of the printers in the chosen AppleTalk zone appears.

To attach a printer that’s located in a different AppleTalk zone, choose a different zone from
the Zone pop-up menu.

If your network does not have any zones, the pop-up menu is not available.

To attach a printer, select it, then click the Attach Printer button to the left of the printer list.

The attached printer and its AppleTalk zone appear in the Attached Printers list.

If you do not want users to be able to print directly on this printer (rather than through a
queue), select the Hide checkbox to the right of the printer.
