For internal modulation, the modulation rate and deviation can be set as well as the modulation
waveform (Sine, Ramp, Triangle, Square).

Chirps
Specify centre frequency and frequency-span for running chirps (see
3-n). For the chirp-time
the units can be set to milliseconds or microseconds by the button next to the digits.
The chirp sweep direction is either up, down or bidirectional (up first or down first).
The repetitions can be set from 1 to infinity. Note: Enable the sweep with the ON/OFF button.
To effectively start the chirp the trigger system must be appropriately set on the trigger tab.
