Reminder
The file name and user box number that are required to save in a user box
can be preregistered in the User Settings dialog box on the Basic tab. If
the same file name and user box number are always used to save docu-
ment, by preregistering them, the dialog box for entering the file name
and user box number will not appear when selecting “Save in User Box”.
For Macintosh OS X

Display the “Output Method” dialog box.

Select “Save in User Box” or “Save in User Box/Print” from the “Output
Method” drop-down list.
