Check Job Settings - Communication Settings
The line setting and transmission method settings can be checked. To check, touch either [ ← Back] or
[Forward →].
Check Job Settings - E-Mail Settings
The document name, subject, From address and message body for sending e-mail messages can be
checked.
Preview
When Use Document or File Document is selected, the image of the saved document can be previewed.
Touch [Preview] to display the thumbnail image of the top page in the left panel.

Detail
With the documents containing multiple pages, only the image of the first page can be checked.
The contents of a document saved with encryption cannot be previewed.
