Before adjusting the audio outputs gain, instruction 42, the AUDIO PARAMETER

The command is sent once, and the “audio outputs gain adjustment” mode
continues until instruction 42 changes to the “audio inputs gain adjustment” mode.
The next table lists the Hex values for the audio gain control of the 5 outputs.
